Crowdfunding - An early opportunity to invest

Friends and family are invited to an early preview and an opportunity to invest in creating Kent's leading bike hub, providing safe cycling for all.

Kingdom is being built for both leisure and competitive cycling with a challenging 1.1 mile track around a four-floor clubhouse. Based on a love of cycling, community and food, Kingdom is set in a 13-acre woodland in Kent on the site of the previous Penshurst Off Road Cycling. Kingdom will attract an estimated 100,000 visitors every year, with significant capacity for growth as the venue develops.

Launching today, Kingdom is crowdfunding £360,000 for an equity share of 10%. Along with equity we are offering a range of attractive rewards. The campaign with SEEDRS is now available to friends and family. This is an opportunity to be part of a place where adventure starts and time stands still.

The 9,500sq ft four-floor clubhouse with 360 degree views from the full open roof deck is at the heart of Kingdom. It will offer cycling retail, workshop space and bike rental in partnership with Wyndymilla, as well as group and individual coaching. Kingdom’s own Cycle Club will work with British Cycling, the national governing body of cycling, to develop a programme of events, training and coaching to identify future talent and potential podium winners. The club house café will be run by Tunbridge Wells’ favourite Basil Wholefoods who will serve colourful and delicious salads, soups and quiches alongside their infamous cakes and pastries.

Following the crowdfunding, Kingdom is due to launch in Summer 2017.
