NOURISH

With the newly relocated café open seven days a week (9.00am to 4.00pm), the club house has become even more popular and is a regular destination for many people, be they families exploring the site, cyclists, dog-walkers or those coming to Kingdom for yoga or personal training at Nature’s Gym. The kitchen has a fantastic menu with a choice of hot and cold dishes, all freshly prepared on site, not to mention great coffee and kombucha.

FLOURISH

Kingdom Yoga continues to attract new members with their innovative classes, events and workshops. Over Christmas, they will be running a number of classes, including a WomanKind Winter Restorative class which promises gentle yoga practise with guided meditation.

We have recently welcomed Chris Brooks of Method Triathlon to our team. Chris offers great training advice on all aspects of swimming, biking and running, as well as recovery techniques and sports massage. In January 2019, we are introducing spin classes, which is just the first of exciting new developments, including a Pump track and becoming a Park Run venue for 1km, 5km and 10km races.

CELEBRATE

This year Kingdom has been proud to support various local community events. In October, on World Mental Health Day, we worked with Dorset Cereals to host Mum’s the Word which brought together like-minded women and guest speakers to discuss everything from motherhood to health and well-being. Last month, we sponsored the Penshurst Armistice Centenary and the lighting of the Beacon in the village and only last week, we hosted the Support local Pop Up Christmas Fair which brought together over 1,200 people to Kingdom.

We look forward to welcoming you to Kingdom and wish the very best to you and your families this Christmas.
