KINGDOM WALKS
There’s no better way to experience the beauty of Kingdom than by exploring it on foot. Our walking routes offer the perfect opportunity to slow down, enjoy the fresh air and take in the natural surroundings.
We’ve created a simple walking map featuring three different routes around Kingdom, each designed for different abilities and timeframes. Whether you’re looking for a gentle stroll, a family-friendly walk, or a longer route to stretch your legs, there’s something for everyone.
Each walk is clearly marked on the map, along with an estimated time to help you plan your visit. Simply pick a route, set your pace, and enjoy discovering Kingdom at your own speed.

FOREST SPA
Reconnect with friends and nature at our wild spa, nestled in the ancient woodlands of Penshurst. Perfect for private group bookings, our sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub offer the ideal space for relaxation and shared moments.

NATURE GYM- MZ9
Our Nature Gym within the Woodland that Surrounds Kingdom…
MZ9 combines outdoor exercise, with nutrition and lifestyle coaching to help all ages live their best lives for the longest! MZ9 is the premier provider of Personal Training, Bootcamp classes, Group Training and Kids Rugby Coaching in South East area.
MZ9 cater for all different fitness levels, ages and sizes. Each session will be tailored to YOUR unique circumstances so that every time you will leave feeling challenged and exhilarated!

KINGDOM PARKRUN
Parkruns are free, weekly, community events all around the world.
Saturday morning events here at Kingdom are 5k runs! Parkrun is a positive, welcoming and inclusive experience where there is no time limit and no one finishes last. Everyone is welcome to come along, whether you walk, jog, run, volunteer or spectate.

KINGDOM CYCLING
Kingdom was founded on bringing people together who love the outdoors and cycling. Whether you’re new to cycling or ride regularly, you’ll be able to join in and ride with other cyclists to discover new places and make friends along the way.
The cycle route here at Kingdom is suitable for mountain bikes and gravel bikes- so make sure to bring yours along for an adventurous cycle in the woods!
